Charlotte joined the NextStage AM investment team in April 2023.
A graduate of Kedge Business School, Charlotte has been Associate M&A Director at Mansartis Finance since 2019. Previously, she spent 4 years at Crédit Agricole MidCap Advisors (formerly Sodica Corporate Finance) as Mission Director. Charlotte started her career in 2006 as an Analyst, Associate then Vice President within Aforge Finance, which became Degroof Petercam Corporate Finance.
With more than fifteen years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, Charlotte has supported entrepreneurs, investment funds and corporates during around forty transactions, all sectors combined, with valuations ranging from €5 to €200 million.
