ORION HEALTH
Founded in 2003, the Orion Santé group is the French leader in continuing training for independent nurses. Orion Health embodies an innovative vision and a strong commitment to the development of the nursing profession. The Group differentiates itself through its hybrid approach combining face-to-face sessions, online courses and virtual classrooms, as well as e-learning training. The group now has a training catalog enriched since its launch 20 years ago, with more than 50 themes covered.
The group addresses more broadly all categories of self-employed health professionals through a general training offer, and develops training with coordinating doctors on certain themes.
Based in Marseille, Orion Santé employs around thirty employees and runs a network of around a hundred trainers throughout France. Orion Santé trains an average of 16 learners in France each year through its omnichannel model.

Biography
Robin Affergan joined Orion Santé in 2015 as Sales Manager. Alongside his father Marcel Affergan (co-founder of Orion Santé), he joined the management of the group as Director of Operations in 2019. Since 2021, Robin has held the position of CEO of the Orion Santé group and leads the project digitalization of training by launching Orion Digital in 2022.
