Port Adhoc was created in October 2004 by a group of investors and entrepreneurs with the aim of responding to the shortage of afloat berths in France by turning to dry berth solutions. Port Adhoc is a private player in the management of marinas in Europe with a network of 12 marinas and dry ports. The group manages 10 rings, making it the private leader in France and the Netherlands in terms of berths.
