In 2016, NextStage AM was the first management company to open private equity to individuals with NextStage Croissance, a PE UC eligible for life insurance and PER.
“The idea is to be able to invest in a portfolio of 18 unlisted growth SMEs which are today spread across France. » explains Jonathan Boudin, Director, Head of Partnerships at NextStage AM.
“The selected SMEs and ETIs are part of projects led by first-rate entrepreneurs and presenting strong growth prospects capitalizing on technological disruptions such as smart health, digital and energy and environmental innovation” recalls Michaël Strauss-Kahn, Partner at NextStage AM.
NextStage Croissance, a pioneering private equity UC vehicle, created in 2016 and eligible for life insurance and PER, allows long-term investment in a portfolio already made up of mainly unlisted companies.
