ELES
Founded in 1988, Eles is an Italian family company specializing in semiconductor testing and in particular on a process particularly suitable for testing semiconductors intended for critical applications such as autonomous driving.
Eles produces universal test systems with engineering services for reliability testing, having developed a co-engineering process with its customers aimed at guaranteeing “zero defect” microelectronic devices.
Eles's customers include multinationals producing semiconductors and manufacturers of electronic modules for the automotive, aerospace and defense sectors. Eles' growth strategy is based on internal growth by conquering new markets, diversifying customers and improving existing solutions. and improving existing solutions, as well as growth by acquisition for faster overseas expansion.

Antonio Zaffarami
PresidentAfter a degree in Electronic Engineering, Antonio Zaffarami began his career at ESCO Electronics as a Design Operator (in 1972), then at ITELCO in 1977 as Technical & Production Manager before creating EES Electronic Engineering in 1978 and Advanced Electrinics (ADEL) in 1982. He created ELES Equipment in 1988, and is now its president.
Francesca Zaffarami
Director GeneralHolder of an Msc in Electronics Engineering from the University of the Studi di Perugia and an EMBA from LUISS Business School in Rome, Francesca Zaffarami began her career at ELES in 2003 as an Application Engineer and then joined the Improvement Project Portfolio team in as Manager in 2006 and became Controller and COO Assistant in 2008. Fransesca has held the position of Managing Director and Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2016.
