CLAREO LIGHTING
Founded in 2011 by Olivier Maschino and Damien Sipos, Clareo Lighting is a French leader in professional LED lighting solutions. The fabless group, integrated into the value chain, directly addresses professional customers of large electrical installers and end customers, mainly in the tertiary sector and industry, with 4 ranges of its own products developed internally.
The group also targets SME customers (small independent installers and electricians) by marketing its LED lighting solutions on its own Aluson e-commerce site.

Biography
Olivier Maschino, with varied experience in finance, marketing, e-commerce, IT, commerce and HR, was Managing Director at Quadriplay Advertainment, including Attracteam, Carlogo and Eurotaximedia. Previously, he worked as an international project manager at General Motors / Delphi. He graduated from INP Grenoble and IAE Grenoble.

Biography
Damien Sipos, specialist in logistics, operations, commerce, product innovation and HR, was program manager in Asia and Germany at Johnson Controls, and project manager at Delphi Automotive Systems. He graduated from INP Grenoble and IAE Grenoble.
