Jean-David Haas, Managing Director of NextStage AM and Antoine DELON, President of Linxea, were interviewed by Yves Bruttin of Patrimoine24 on the occasion of the 30th edition of Patrimonia in Lyon. Together, they presented some key elements of a captivating review of the year 2023:
- NextStage AM proposed a shareholding operation reserved for NextStage AM employees through a capital increase for the benefit of a dedicated FCPE set up within the Company Savings Plan. All employees chose to subscribe to the offer and are now shareholders of NextStage AM.
- The IRBIS FINANCE, Linxea and Irbis Solutions group, led by Antoine Delon and Yves Conan, and supported since 2015 by NextStage AM and MI3, has opened its capital to IK Partners in order to accelerate the new stages of its development. The platform went from 20 clients and 000 million euros in assets under management in 800 to 2015 clients and 90 billion euros in assets under management today. The group has thus multiplied its revenues tenfold in just 000 years.
- The publication of our study in partnership with Spirica and Maison Herez: “United Account Barometer and Private Equity: the new frontier for French savers” which highlights investment vehicles such as NextStage Croissance, a pioneering vehicle for private equity UCs, created in 2016 and eligible for life insurance and PER.
