Son of Francesco Lanza, founder of FAE Technology, he was able to guide the evolution of a company that only produced small series of electronic cards towards its current structure, strengthening its expertise, expanding its services on the market and consolidating the positioning in terms of brand and perceived value. A graduate of the Istituto Tecnico ISISS Valle Seriana, he joined the family business and took over its management at the age of 20. Within FAE Technology, he actively contributed to each stage of the company's growth, starting from a structure generating around 2,5 million euros in revenue with 20 employees.
