Coming from a family of millers for four generations, he joined the family mill to support its development. Created the company Minoterie PAULIC in 1977 as co-manager, then took over the management in 1979. He operated various external growths until 2015, bringing the right to crush the company from 1 tonnes to more than 500 tons. From 20, he began to focus the company on naturalness, notably by obtaining several labels, and innovation with the installation of an internet laboratory and the launch of R&D work on ozone.
