Bring the entrepreneurial spirit and colors of NextStage AM to the Arctic.
Sailing alone towards the Arctic in a journey of 3000 miles and which translates into 9 months in total self-sufficiency in the ice, Tamara Klink, 25 years old, embodies the spirit of adventure and autonomy which deeply inspires us and us interrogates. His journey is a powerful parallel with the values of the entrepreneurs we support, where perseverance, daring and the ability to adapt and innovate in unknown territory are the keys to a successful adventure.
For almost five months, Tamara sailed solo aboard her sailboat, the “Sardinha 2”. It reached Greenland on August 23, crossing the North Atlantic without any human interaction. His time in the Arctic gave him a first-hand perspective on the alarming consequences of climate change. His solitary wintering in the middle of the ice makes him experience intense moments, marked by freezing cold, the sounds of nature and social isolation.
She says: “Two weeks without seeing a living soul, surrounded only by water, air and imagination. » This isolation, however, is offset by the splendor of the Northern Lights and the frozen sea, creating moments of pure wonder and inspiration.
Coming from a family with a deep passion for the sea, Tamara inherited this unconditional love for navigation from her father. She stands as a source of inspiration for young sailors and environmental activists.
Her determination to persevere in the face of obstacles encountered on her journey to Greenland is a testament to her adventurous spirit and independence.
Through her publications on social networks, Tamara shares her relevant observations on environmental impacts as well as her daily life during her wintering. She talks about the wealth of experiences and advice she received, enriching her lonely days. She says: “Life alone sometimes conceals surprising social dimensions. »
In the heart of the Arctic winter, Tamara continues her journey alone, waiting for the ice to melt before she can return to civilization. His daily challenge is to effectively manage limited resources, adapt to environmental changes and explore the boundaries of isolation.
Tamara Klink's journey goes far beyond a simple maritime expedition; it represents an emblematic journey for our time, illustrating the way in which passion and tenacity can lead to remarkable exploits, while raising awareness about essential environmental issues.
