Bernard Connes-Lafforet, normalien, associate of mathematics. A recognized specialist in solving complex programming problems requiring the construction of sophisticated algorithms, he was a researcher at the CNRS for ten years before creating Infotel in 1979.

Biography
Michel Koutchouk, was previously responsible for ten years of an application development department in the IT Department of Air France. In 1979, he created the Infotel group as Director and Deputy CEO, in particular in charge of financial and legal functions.
He graduated from IEP Paris and is an Arts et Métiers engineer.
