The Company

Founded in 1996, the Acorus group (formerly Dallavalle) initially specialized in the renovation of public housing projects in the Ile-de-France region. Ever since the Group was taken over by Philippe Benquet in 2010, its growth has accelerated with diversification into four business lines: restoration, housing refurbishment, maintenance, and conversions for people with reduced mobility. By focusing on both customer service and the quality of its work, Acorus has managed to retain its long-standing customers and make inroads into new markets, such as the hotel sector and retirement homes.

In 15 years, Acorus has established its reputation through its positioning as an original trailblazer in the construction sector. The company provides building services to address two major issues in today’s society: (i) the renovation of existing buildings (health, safety, energy saving), and (ii) the conversion of housing and buildings for the ageing population (enabling the elderly to remain living in their own homes and ensuring accessibility for people with reduced mobility).

With revenue exceeding €45 million and average annual growth in the double digits, Acorus currently employs over 220 people to help drive its growth.
